After the weighing bars have been connected to the ILM.1 , check the system for correct functioning.
Control the value at Read out (function key System --> 2. Weigher data ). This is usually a value
between -400000 and -300000, of which the last numbers are changing continuously. When loaded
this value approaches 0 (will become less negative).
If the Read out value remains 0, the weighing bars are incorrectly connected. If this value becomes
more negative when loaded, the +INP and -INP have been exchanged. In both cases check the
connections before continuing.
Calibration procedure
1) Determination of the zero
ENSURE THE WEIGHING HOPPER IS EMPTY!

Select Installation --> 2. Calibration weigher.
The following will appear on the display:

Press .
The cursor starts flashing at the end of the line.
•
Press .
NO changes into YES.
•
Press .
YES changes into NO.
