Mixing after
The computer can be programmed to mix
after dosing in
(
Mixing after dosing in =
dosing in
YES
)
.
At
Mixing time
enter the period of time (in seconds) needed to mix one
kilogram of dosed in feed. In this way larger portions are mixed longer than
smaller ones, unless the maximum mixing time is exceeded. If the computer is
programmed to mix during a fixed period, set
Mixing time (sec/kg)
higher than the
maximum mixing time (
Max
). In the last case, the computer will always mix for
the maximum mixing time.
Mixing during
The computer can be programmed to mix
during dosing out
(
Mixing during dosing
dosing out
out = YES
)
.
The computer should switch off the mixer a certain weight before the
end of the portion to obtain a stable measurement.
Mixing between
If several portions can enter the weigher (with a weigher with dosing out valve),
portions
the mixer can be switched off at intervals to remove feed from the mixer.
Max. difference
Set here when an alarm should be given if the computer is not dosing in accurately
dosing in
or when the increase is not enough.

accurately or when the decrease is not enough.
Max. difference
This value is usually set to its standard value (3.00).

Valve protection
Enter here if valve protection is used:
NO
No valve protection is used.
CURRENT Valves are protected using a current detection board.
CLOSED
Valves are protected using a switch contact in position CLOSED.
At
Time
enter the time in tenths of seconds after which the computer has to check.
Switch on/off time
If feeder sensors are used, enter the switch on and off time of the sensor (in seconds)
Feeder sensor
here. At the beginning of the feeding cycle the computer tests if the feed level in
the feeder is high or low using a feeder sensor. The computer briefly
activates the feeder sensor (switch on time) and briefly deactivates it
(switch off time). The computer then tests the next feeder content.
Maximum drift zero
Enter the maximum value (in kg), which the zero (determined during calibration)
may differ from the actual tare here. For example, if zero drifts more
than 5.00 Kg because feed sticks in the weigher, the computer will
give an alarm (
Max. drift zero
).
Feeding time overlap
Enter whether the computer should still start the next feeding cycle, if the start
control
time has been exceeded.
