Select option 1-5 Installation weigher. The following will appear on the display:
Weigher type
The 771 has two possible systems for the weigher:
1. The dosing out auger is mounted directly under the weigher. In this case
set Weigher type to WITH DOSING OUT AUGER
2. A hopper is mounted under the weigher, with or without a dosing out
auger. In this case set Weigher type to WITH HOPPER.
This setting is extremely important for a correctly functioning system.
Capacity
Enter here a maximum capacity of the weigher in order to determine how
many portions fit into the weigher or when a portion has to be split up into
several subportions.
It is possible to dose in portions which are larger than the maximum weigher
capacity; the computer automatically subdivides the large portion into several
subportions.
Wait time till
At Wait time till weigher stable set a time in seconds. The computer will
weigher stable
wait for this time after switching off an auger or valve before checking the
quantity of feed dosed. Inaccuracies caused by auger or mixer vibrations can
be prevented.
No.of attempts
At No. of attempts set how many times the computer will try to dose in the same
dose in
auger after detecting too little increase.
