8. MIXER-UNIT MENU
In the MIXER-UNIT menu area, you can make general settings adjustments. On the pages in this area
you can change the general routing and trigger settings, adjust the internal mixer and calibrate the hi-
hat. The settings configured here are global and therefore apply to all kits.
Changes in the MIXER-UNIT menu are saved on the MIXER-UNIT start page (see SAVE below)
8.1 MIX
The
Fame Hybrid Pro
includes a mixer that allows you to adjust the volume of the individual drum
channels. There are eight FADER groups at your disposal, whose volume you can control individually.
LINE (L) controls the signal on the line-in channel and ACMP (A) controls either the volume of the
metronome or the song player, depending on the selection in the kit. The assignment of this group is
fixed and cannot be changed.
The remaining six groups are used to control the volume of the individual drum channels. The
respective channels are already assigned to the following groups: KICK (K), SNARE (S), HIHAT (H),
TOMS(T), CYMBS (C) and PERC (P). However, the assignment of the individual channels can also be
adjusted individually on the page INTF.
Presentation
: In the mixer view, the three active FADERS are displayed with their full names. The
"+" in the display "+ - -" below FADER indicates which FADER group is currently selected. Press the
middle DATA button to switch to the next group of three: As you can see, the "+" moves accordingly.
To the right of FADER a horizontal LED chain is shown, which indicates the strength of the output
signal.
SAVE:
If you have made changes in the MIXER-UNIT menu, this will be indicated by a "?" next to
SAVE. To save the changes permanently, press the left DATA button. The "?" disappears and the
changes are saved. Please note that the SAVE mode on the page PREF must be switched on for this.
If the "?" remains after pressing the left DATA button, the SAVE mode is deactivated.
FADER:
With the DATA button via FADER you select which FADER groups are currently active, i.e.
which FADER you can influence with the DATA knob. Press the knob to select the desired mixer
channel. The flashing indicates which channel of the internal mixer is activated.
