2 RELIABILITY FEATURES:
Falco eBike technology is built around tremendous amount of reliability. The
inbuilt reliability stems from the following five elements:

Design Philosophy:
Our design philosophy has been to keep things light
weight, well integrated and simple. Our systems are easy to install with
few wires and components. The inbuilt five phase motor controller is
powerful yet quite small in size and well integrated inside the motor. The
wireless technology reduces unnecessary wires and connections. The
failure modes are reduced dramatically.
2. Design Validation:
Our design validation techniques spawn across
laboratories to fields to various locations around the world. All
performance validations are quite rigorous in nature.
3. Vendor Qualification and Supply Chain Integration:
Falco has
extensive vendor qualification and supply chain integration plan. All the
manufacturing is carried out with vendors and suppliers who are close in
proximity to Falco. This leads to quick and efficient response back to the
supplier when issues arise.
4. Quality Assurance:
Falco uses extensive six sigma quality control
methods. We have extensive statistical control, incoming, In-‐process, and

5. Testing and Validation:
Every component is tested rigorously before it
is shipped to the customer. The final test and validation for Hx e-‐
motor/drive unit lasts for about 2 hours. The motor is subjected to harsh
thermal validation to ensure that no field failures can occur.
