Meat Mincing Apparatus
(Only available for Thorplex plus model)
1. Remove the front protection cover and insert the shaft to the shaft body Figure 2 no: 3.
2. Then place the food tray on the shaft body. Figure 2 no: 2.
3. Then place the blade and the mincing discs on the shaft Figure 2 no: 5 and 6. Then turn
the locking ring clockwise. Figure 2 no:9. Make sure it is locked.
4. Feed the boneless meat in small pieces through the hole.
5. The device is ready for minced meat.
6. Plug the device specified safe mains socket.
7. Turn on the food processor by pressing on/off switch.
8. Do not push the meat by your finger. Use the pusher.
9. After use, turn the appliance of through the power source.
NOTE!
• The speed level 6-7 is suitable for mincing.
• Do not operate the appliance more than 10 minutes and let it cool for 20 minutes.
• Slice the meat in 2 cm parts. Make sure that it does not have any bones or nerves.
