Inserting Sausage - Sujuk Parts
(Only available for Thorplex plus model)
NOTE!
Follow the steps on meat mincing section (Points 3 and 4)
1. Place the sausage/sujuk apparatus on the shaft (Figure 2 no: 8)
2. Insert the sausage/sujuk funnel inside the locking ring (Figure 2.2 no: 10)
3. Place the sausage/sujuk apparatus with the locking ring on the shaft.
4. If you want to make sausage by mincing the meat, place the blade and the hollow disk
under 3rd and 4th figure specified in mincer mounting section and turn the locking ring with
the sausage apparatus. Make sure it is locked.
Making Sausage
You can have healthy and authentic sausage in your cuisine by making natural sausage
using artificial sausage casings or bovine intestines.
Place the ingredients on the food tray. Place the finely cut meat to the container and process
the meat. Add the spices and other ingredients and process the mixture once more, then
leave the mixture for a few hours in the refrigerator. Meanwhile rest the bovine intestine in
warm water for 10 minutes. Place the bovine intestine to the tip of the appliance and tie a knot
to the lower end of the intestine. Process the minced meat mixture kept in the refrigerator
and fill it inside the intestine. When the sausage is at the desired length, tie another knot and
continue the process.
