Materials
• 3 eggs
• 2 water glass flour
• 1.5 water glass sugar
• Half a tea glass almond
• 1 water glass oil
• 1 water glass milk
• 1/2 water glass cocoa
• 1 pack vanilla
• 1 pack baking powder
Whisk the eggs and sugar for 1 minute with the appliance set at speed setting 5 or 6. Then
add oil and milk, continue to whisk. After adding the remaining ingredients, set the speed to
3 or 4 and operate it for around 5 more minutes. Oil your cake mould and then pour the cake
mixture. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes in 180 pre-heated oven.
• Mixing frappé, cocktail and other liquids:
1. As per the current recipe, mix the ingredients for 3 to 5 minutes in high speed.
2. Do not exceed the maximum amount of the mixer container.
3. A mixer apparatus should be used for this procedure.
4. Please do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 10 minutes and each time
leave the appliance for cooling down for 15 minutes.
