This manual is giving information about a correct assembly, use and maintenance of the
pneumatic pumps in order to prevent accidents.
The pump has been planned in conformity to the present EEC rules and namely:

The equipment is guaranteed for a period of 18 months from date of purchase and must be
used in accordance with the instructions contained in this manual. Warranty does not cover
all parts which are faulty after incorrect use, incorrect installation or maintenance, mainte
-
nance carried out by unauthorized personnel, transport damages, or for circumstances not
concerning manufacturing defects. The manufacturer disclaims any responsibility for any
damage, that may directly or indirectly, derive to persons or property in consequence to the
not observed requirements specified in this instruction manual and especially the warnings
regarding installation, use and maintenance.

The DP pneumatic pumps are suitable for the distribution of medium or high viscosity oil for
both short and long distances.
The DOUBLE EFFECT pumping system ensures greater efficiency and allows regular
distribution and greater flow.
The double cylinder motor includes a pneumatic distributor made of high quality composite
material to guarantee oxidation resistance and durability.
The low roughness of the sliding surfaces of the gaskets in the pumping part guarantee wear
resistance and reliability over time.
Available with different suction pipes length, they can be used for mobile applications with a
trolley, fixed wall installations or on tanks. Supplied with a 2" bung adaptor for drum installation.
4 - INTENDED USE OF THE MACHINE
The pneumatic pumps for oil:
DP41
is suitable for transferring fluids with medium viscosity
(e.g.: engine oil, hydraulic oil, diesel) at a medium distance;
DP61
is suitable for the distribution
of oil with medium or high viscosity (e.g. transmission oil-differential) even at long distance.
All the pumps have to be used only for distributing oil at the pressures and tempera-
tures indicated on the schedule
(
see page 31)

We decline any responsibility for anomalies or dangers which could arise by uses different
from the ones described herein.
Use of the pump is not permitted in potential explosive environments (ATEX).
It is absolutely forbidden to replace the oil delivery nipple with other
commercial connectors.
