Track Deck mode
All buttons in the Key-Arrays
as
well as the encoder and the buttons in the deck sections have
different functions and subsequently also different commands in the Remix- and Track Deck modes.
The only exception being the Deck Size function (Shift + M.loop-button), which send the same
commands for all modes. The Live Input mode has the same commands as the Track Deck mode.
Traktor reports the Deck modes back to the device so that it is even possible to carry out switching in
the Traktor Preferences, respectively the controller following the configuration of Traktor.
LED bars in the Key-Array
– the LED indication displays the present position in the loaded track by a
spot. A completely lit up display (apart from the spot indication) shows the play operation. A Track-
End-Warning is indicated by the whole display blinking.
Hotcue LEDs
– The LEDs in the Track Deck mode show an existing Hotcue.
Deck Displays –
The Track Deck mode always shows the loop size, unless the Move / Size Encoder
is pressed, the indication switches between Move-Size (Encoder 4) and Loop-Size (Encoder 3). The
red LEDs next to the encoders show, which parameter is presently on the display. The loop lengths
and move lengths are indicated directly. The decimal points serve as dividers for the indications.

Each deck has eight Hotcue buttons numbered from 1 to 8. In Traktor, you can
