With an RS-232 or RS-422 connection, the password is displayed. With an IP connection,
masked characters (four asterisks) are displayed (****).

4 to 12 alphanumeric characters. The password is case sensitive. Special characters (spaces or
symbols) are not allowed.
NOTE:
The factory configured passwords for all accounts on this device have been set to
the device serial number. Passwords are case sensitive.
