REPLACING FILTERS AND DUST BAG
IMPORTANT! If the appliance loses suction power during use, the dust bag may
be full. The filters may also need cleaning or replacing. We recommend that the
filters are cleaned or replaced after 4-6 months of use or as required. Never use the
appliance if the bag is full or with no exhaust- or motor filter.
• Motor filter and dust bag are inside the
appliance.
• Open the lid by pulling the opening button (1)
upwards and outwards.
Replacing the Motor Filter
The motor filter protects the motor against dust and dirt. The appliance must not be
used if there is no motor filter fitted.
• Pull the motor filter holder (21) out of the
appliance.
• Clean or replace the filter pad (22) if
necessary (see section on Cleaning below).
• Replace the filter pad in the motor filter
holder so that the dowels hold it in place.
• Fit the motor filter inside the appliance
with the pad facing towards the motor (see

Replacing the Exhaust Filter
Used to filter exhaust air from the appliance. The appliance must not be used

the filter out.
• Remove the filter (19) pad, replace or clean as described under Cleaning below.
• Replace the filter in its holder.
• Fit the filter holder in the exhaust port (4). Check the small dowels fit into the
holes in the appliance and that it locks into place with a click.
Replacing Dust Bag
• Pull the dust bag holder (12) out of the
appliance.
• Replace the bag if full.
• Fit new bag in holder, ensuring it is locked
into place by the dowels.
• Fit dust bag holder in appliance (see picture).

unplug, and press the automatic cord rewind button (18) until the cord is fully
rewound.
o Hold the plug firmly while reeling the cord in to avoid it hitting the appliance
or other nearby objects.
• Store in a dry place. Do not place heavy objects on top of the appliance.
• You can park the floor nozzle in one of the parking brackets (on the back and
underside of the appliance).

an extended period.
CLEANING
• Clean the appliance by wiping it with a damp cloth. A little detergent can be
added if the appliance is heavily soiled.
• Never use a scouring pad, steel wool or any form of strong solvents or abrasive
cleaning agents to clean the appliance, as those may damage the outside
surfaces of the appliance.
• Make sure all filters are kept clean (see Replacing filters and dust bag above).
o Shake the exhaust filter and filter pad on motor filter and beat them carefully
to remove dust and dirt.
o Exhaust filter and filter pad on motor filter can be washed carefully in warm
water.
o Check they are completely dry before replacing in the appliance. NEVER
insert a wet filter into the appliance.

cannot be cleaned properly.
