6.5 Operation
Note: If the switch on the device cannot be reached due to the mounting position of
the device, it is advisable to switch the device using an alternative option (e.g. a
classic wall switch).
6.5.1 Operation with multifunctional switch
Note: If the power cable is connected to the power line the V1000E will directly start at
75% fan speed.

If the V1000E is running at 75% fan speed, the indicator ring at the multifunctional power
button (Figure 7, No.3) is blinking in green colour.
•
Push the button, the V1000E will go to 50% fan speed. The indicator ring will start to
blink slowly in red, till the control unit detects the right fan speed (measurement interval
approx. 10-20sec.).
•
If the correct fan speed is detected the indicator will switch to green light still blinking
slowly.
•
Push the button again the V1000E will go to 100% fan speed. The indicator will turn to
continuously red light till the control unit detects the right fan speed.
•
If the right fan speed is detected, the indicator will turn to continuously green light.
•
Push the button again and the V1000E will go back to 75% fan speed and so on.
•
To switch off the V1000E push the multifunctional power button for 5-7 seconds. The
V1000E switches off and the indicator light turns off.
Note: If a lamp error is detected, the V1000E will indicate this by the fact that the
button light will always be in red colour.
Note: If a fan error is detected, the V1000E will also show red light on the power button
and switch off automatically after approx. 60seconds. Please contact your vendor.
