System Mode

[CALBRT] – Calibrate Tuner’s Reference Frequency  (440 Hz) 

Press the HOTKNOB button to select. Turn the Encoder to adjust the Tuner’s reference 

frequency from 420 Hz to 460 Hz. 440 Hz standard is the default. This value will also 

establish the ‘A’ tuning for the pitch effects. 

 

Press the PRESETS button once to back-up one level to TUNER menu.  

Press the PRESETS button twice to go to top level System menu. 

[UTILS] - Utility Functions  

After entering System mode, turn the Knob to select [UTILS], then press the HOTKNOB to 

enter the Utility functions settings mode. Turn the Knob to scroll through the Utility 

functions.  

[ROUTE] – Select the Routing Mode (NORMAL, PRE.PST, WET.DRY) 

Press the HOTKNOB button to select. Turn the knob to select the Routing Mode. See the 

Routing section of this manual for more information on Routing Modes. 

 

Press the PRESETS button once to back-up one level to UTILITY menu.  

Press the PRESETS button twice to go to top level System menu. 

[PRESET] – Select the range of Active Preset (L01 - H99)  

Press the HOTKNOB button to select. Press the Left Footswitch and turn Knob to set the lower 

limit and the Right Footswitch and turn Knob to set the higher limit. The default is [01--99]. 

Only Active Presets can be loaded by Footswitch and PRESETS button and Knob on the 

stompbox. All Presets may still be loaded using MIDI program change.  
Press the PRESETS button once to back-up one level to UTILITY menu.  

Press the PRESETS button twice to go to top level System menu. 

[SOURCE] – Select Source Instrument (GUITAR, BASS, SYN.LD, SYN.BAS)  

Press the Encoder to select. Turn Encoder to select the type of instrument (SYN.LD=Synth 

Lead, SYN.BAS=Synth Bass).  Each instrument setting optimizes the pitch algorithms and 

adjusts the ranges of filter knobs to best complement the selected source instrument.  
Press the PRESETS button once to back-up one level to UTILITY menu.  

Press the PRESETS button twice to go to top level System menu. 

[INGAIN] – Set the input gain (0dB to +18dB)  

Press the HOTKNOB button to select. Turn the Knob to select the gain value. 
Press the PRESETS button once to back-up one level to UTILITY menu.  

Press the PRESETS button twice to go to top level System menu. 

 [PDLCAL] – Expression Pedal Calibrate (ON, OFF) 

Press the HOTKNOB button to select. Select OFF to disable automatic Expression Pedal 

calibration. 

 

Press the PRESETS button once to back-up one level to UTILITY menu.  

Press the PRESETS button twice to go to top level System menu.
