Note

The wash buffer used in the container should not be used for
more than
1 week
. We recommend producing new wash buffer
at the start of the working week.
>
Ensure that as little air as possible is introduced into the wash
buffer when wash buffer is applied. Increased bubble formation
can have negative effects on the washing result.

1) Place a paper towel at the ready to mop up any dripping liquid
residues.
2) Disconnect the container.
3) Fill the empty container with wash buffer.
4) Reconnect the filled container.
5) If you were prompted by the system to fill the wash buffer
container, finish the process with

.

Rinse with the new wash buffer.
