Slide washed with distilled water
If slides are accidentally washed with distilled water, cell cleavage may occur,
for example.
•
Check the contents of the wash buffer container.
•
Rinse the liquid system with wash buffer.

Throw away the slides and repeat the incubation.
Error message: Level detection
sensor not found!
Sensor line is not connected
Check the correct connectivity of the sensor cables, if necessary by removing
and reconnecting them.

With IGNORE, you can also use the device without fill level detection. In this
case you must monitor the fill levels of the containers on your own.

Power failure
•
The termination of a washing process results in insufficient washing
of the slides. Repeat the incubation.
•
Perform the process again when other processes (such as monthly
maintenance) are cancelled.
