Uninstalling the Scanner Software

If you’ve tried every other solution and your system still doesn’t recognize your
scanner, try uninstalling the scanner driver software, as described in this section. Then
reinstall the software as described in Chapter 2 or Chapter 6.

Uninstalling EPSON TWAIN Pro on Windows Me

1. Double-click the Scanners and Cameras icon in the Windows Control Panel.

2. Right-click the

EPSON GT-10000

icon.

3. Click

Delete

. Then click

Yes

4. Restart your computer.

Uninstalling EPSON TWAIN Pro on Windows 98 and
Windows 2000

1. Double-click the

Scanners and Cameras

icon in the Windows Control Panel.

2. On the Devices tab, select

EPSON GT-10000

3. Click the

Remove

button. Then click

to close the window.

4. Restart your computer.
