2.1. OV E RV I E W
Follow the instructions provided in the manual and ensure that all critical components of the
SnowBike Kit are inspected thoroughly before installation and riding.
Riding a SnowBike requires your full attention. Do not drink alcohol or consume drugs before
or while riding. Drugs and alcohol will reduce your alertness and slow your reaction time.
SnowBikes are capable of traveling at high speeds. Use extra caution to ensure operator
safety. Make sure your SnowBike is in excellent operating condition at all times. Always
check major and vital safety components before every ride.
The ENVO Drive Systems SnowBike Kit is designed and tested to provide safe operation
when used as directed. Failure of critical machine components may result from operation
with any modifications, especially those that increase speed or power.
Do not modify your
SnowBike Kit.
Loss of control may occur at higher speeds. Modification may also create a
safety hazard and lead to serious injury.
The warranty of your entire machine is terminated if any equipment has been added, or any
modifications have been made to increase the speed or power of the SnowBike.
The ENVO SnowBike Kit can be dangerous to use. The user or consumer assumes all risk of
personal injuries, damage, or failure of the bicycle or system and all other losses or damages
to themselves and others and to any property, arising out of or as a result of installing the
ENVO SnowBike Kit.
As with all mechanical components, your SnowBike is subjected to wear and high stresses.
Different materials and components may react to wear or stress fatigue in different ways.
If the design life of a component has been exceeded, it may suddenly fail, possibly causing
injuries to the rider. Any form of crack, scratches or change of coloring in highly stressed
areas indicate the life of the component has been reached and should be replaced.
