parameter.

the

 

dialer

 

line

 

is

 

not

 

physically

 

connected

 

but

 

the

 

entry

 

is

 

maintained

 

in

 

the

 

routing

 

table

 

thus

 

preserving

 

on

‐

demand

 

access

 

when

 

interesting

 

packets

 

are

 

received

 

and

 

accepted
