such

 

termination,

 

You

 

shall

 

immediately

 

cease

 

all

 

use

 

of

 

the

 

Program

 

and

 

shall

 

return

 

to

 

Enterasys

 

the

 

Program

 

and

 

all

 

copies

 

of

 

the
