Select RLY2 2 (relay 2, source 2) and set it to ALARM.
10. Select SRC NUM and set it to 2 for ALM2MAP.
11. Since this is the last source in the relay map, select COMBINE and set it to END.
You have now mapped the first alarm source (ALM1MAP) OR the second alarm
source (ALM2MAP) to relay 2:
Relay 2 = (Alert alarm on input channel 1 AND Danger alarm on input channel 2)
OR
(Alert alarm on input channel 2 AND Danger alarm on input channel 1)
12. Select EXIT.
You can now map combinations of alarms to other relays.
Setting the failsafe option for individual channels
When you set STD MAP to LOGIC, you can then set the failsafe or nonfailsafe condition
for a specific relay by selecting FAILSFE. See “Failsafe operation” on page 23 for a more
detailed explanation of failsafe.
To select failsafe conditions, move the highlight to FAILSAFE on the MAPPING submenu
and press SEL.
Move the highlight to the relay you want to in failsafe condition and press SEL. Select YES
or NO:

YES - The relay is in a failsafe condition.
z
NO - The relay is not in a failsafe condition.
Remember that relay 1 is always in a failsafe condition.
