When done setting the alarm setpoints, move the highlight to EXIT and press
SEL
.
This returns you to the User menu.
Note that the CLOCK option is a little different. See “To set the date and time” on
page 17.
When you exit from either the User or the Factory menu, the monitor saves any changes
and starts using the changed values immediately.
User Menu Configuration
The User menu allows you to set the following:
l
Date and time
l
Alert and Danger alarm setpoints for both channels
l
Danger alarm relay inhibition to prevent Danger alarm relay trip on Danger alarm; used
when servicing the system to prevent false alarm relay trip.
l
Vector monitoring reference vectors and Danger alarm setpoints
The controls to access the User menu and configure the 6652 DSP monitor are all on the
front panel of the monitor. See “Front Panel Description” on page 3 for a diagram of the
front of the monitor.
To display the User menu
To display the User menu, press and hold both the
Up Arrow
and
Down Arrow
buttons
until the User menu appears. This takes about 4 seconds.
Note that the first option of the User menu is highlighted (CLOCK). This means it appears
in green text on a black background (inverse video) on the monitor display. Move the
highlight by pressing the
Up Arrow
or
Down Arrow
button, and select the highlighted
option by pressing the
SEL
button.
