Sostituzione stella e/o denti
Stella:
se si dovesse rendere necessaria la
sostituzione di una stella, è necessario svitare
completamente i sei dadi di bloccaggio (
1
), estrarre
dalla propria sede le rispettive viti di fissaggio (
5
) e
poi sfilare la stella dal suo attacco (o mozzo).
Applicare una nuova stella, inserire le sei viti di
fissaggio e poi bloccarle mediante l’avvitamento dei
rispettivi dadi.
Denti:
se si dovesse rendere
necessaria la sostituzione di uno
o più denti (perché usurati o rotti),
è
necessario
rimuovere
l’associata piastrina di fissaggio
(
3
).
Per
tale
rimozione
è
necessario svitare completamente
i due dadi di bloccaggio (
2
),
estrarre dalla propria sede le
rispettive viti di fissaggio (
4
),
quindi rimuovere piastrina e denti.
Posizionare
i
nuovi
denti,
applicare la relativa piastrina,
inserire le due viti di fissaggio e
poi
bloccarle
mediante
l’avvitamento dei rispettivi dadi.
Replacing a wheel and/ or its teeth
Wheel:
If you need to replace a wheel, fully undo the
six retainer nuts (
1
), undo the respective screws (
5
)
and remove the wheel from its coupling (or hub).
Put on a new wheel, do up the six screws and then
also the respective nuts.
Teeth:
if you need to replace one or more of the
teeth
(being
worn
or
broken), you must remove
the
respective
retainer
plate (
3
). To do this, fully
undo the two retainer nuts
(
2
) and the respective
screws (
4
). You can then
remove the plate and
teeth.
Put in the new teeth,
reinstall the plate, then do
up the two retainer screws
and respective nuts.
