6.2 Mounting the measuring device
6.2.1 Required tools
For transmitter
For turning the transmitter housing (in increments of 90

): Allen screw 4 mm (0.15 in)
For sensor
For the sensor gland: Corresponding mounting tools
6.2.2 Preparing the measuring device
1. Remove all remaining transport packaging.
2. Remove the protective cap from the sensor.
3. Remove stick-on label on the electronics compartment cover.

Danger due to improper process sealing

Ensure that the gaskets are clean and undamaged (G 1 A, G ¾ A).

Ensure that the correct sealing material has been used (e.g. Teflon tape for NPT 1 , NPT ¾ ).

Install the gaskets correctly.
