Heating options
If a fluid requires that no heat loss should occur at the sensor, users can avail of the
following heating options:
• Electrical heating, e.g. with electric band heaters
• Via pipes carrying hot water or steam
• Via heating jackets
For detailed information about heating with electrical band heaters, refer to the
Operating Instructions for the device on the CD-ROM provided
Vibrations
The high oscillation frequency of the measuring tubes ensures that the correct
operation of the measuring system is not influenced by plant vibrations.
6.1.3 Special mounting instructions
Rupture disk
Make sure that the function and operation of the rupture disk is not impeded through
the installation of the device. The position of the rupture disk is indicated on a sticker
beside it. For additional information that is relevant to the process .
The existing connecting nozzles are not designed for a rinse or pressure monitoring
function.
