Measuring ranges for gases
The full scale values depend on the density of the gas. Use the formula below to calculate the full scale
values:

• Sensor type: Promass S, DN 50
• Gas: air with a density of 60.3 kg/m
(at 20 °C and 50 bar)
• Measuring range (liquid): 70000 kg/h
• x = 90 (for Promass S, DN 50)
Max. possible full scale value:

totalizer values are registered correctly.
