Water temperature too high (heating mode)
In the following case shows the "SURR" alarm, which activates the pump
and turn off the compressor:
- In just radiating operation when the water temperature system flow
exceeds the temperature limit value Par.224
9.4 Alternative heat source
When the heat pump is HP (in winter operation alarm) it can not be satis-

9.3 Manual reset protection status on the heat
pump
This function prevents the heat pump functions in abnormal condition for a
long period, in case of alarm "Cond" and / or "Surr" present three times in
1 hour, the HPs stops.
To restore normal operation, you must turn off power by intervening on
'Thermal-magnetic switch.
For this operation, please contact your local Authorized Service Center for
the necessary controls in order to find the causes.
Water temperature too low (cooling mode)
In the following cases appears the "Cond" alarm, which activates the pump
and turn off the compressor:
- Temp. Water output is less than 4.0 ° C
- Temp. Inlet water is less than 5.0 ° C
- In just radiating operation when the water temperature
System flow drops below the dew point temperature Par.229
- IN-COM input as described in paragraph 8.8
