8. OPERATING LOGICS
8.9 Domestic Hot Water (DHW) Heating
By connecting the heat pump to a hot water accumulation, served by a
suitable heat exchanger it is possbile to automatically manage producing
high-hot water through the "SMART MT" controller of the heat pump.
This management is active with Par
122=ON
(default) The request for
DHW can occur in the following ways:
- Par 123=0
Connecting a 10k
Ω
temperature sensor at 25 ° C (Cod.
0724510) between clamps 5-6 of the PCB-TERMINAL BLOCK. In this in-
stance the production will stop once the set point temperature is reached,
defined by parameter
126
, and will resume when the water temperature
will have a value less than par.
126
- par.
127
-
Par 123=1
(default): DHW request if between terminals 5-6 of the PCB-
TERMINAL BLOCK there is a closed contact. With this solution one
should install a thermostat, with a contact open to a satisfied set, to the
aforementioned clamps.
-
Par 123=2
DHW request if between terminals 5-6 of the PCB-TERMINAL
BLOCK there is an open contact. With this solution one should install
a thermostat with a contact closed to a satisfied set, to the aforemen-
tioned clamps.
With the request for ACS, a "3W.V.SANITARY" voltage output is activated
(phase "L" to terminal H, PCB TERMINAL BLOCK), and Pump 1 will be acti-
vated when the delay time set in the parameter has elapsed.

8.10 Comfort/Attenuation time periods
In case the CRONO-TH is used it is possible to set the environment Sets,
defined by "Comfort" (par.
200
in heating, par.
202
in cooling).
If at certain times of the day the need for comfort isn't needed, for example
outside or in the night hours, it is possible to mitigate these Sets, which
become of "Attenuation" (par.
201
in heating, par.
203
in cooling).
Using parameters
205
and
206
, it is possible to set the time of day in which
one can force, respectively, the transition to the comfort and attenuation
Sets.
With the
204
parameter, or with brief touch on the "up arrow" key of the
CRONO-TH one can force the Set change, if in comfort one passes to atten-
uation, and vice versa. This can be useful if, for example, I'm leaving home
and I want to rapidly pass to attenuation.
NOTE:
By default the comfort Set is always active, and if one manually forces
the change to the attenuation Set, at the end of the day (00:00 o'clock), it
automatically returns to comfort.
