Disconnect electrical connections

DANGER

Live components

Deadly electrical shock or serious burns

– Work on live components may only be carried out only by

trained electricians.

– First, disconnect the electrical voltage supply.

– The earth conductor must be disconnected after all other

wires.

Notice the occupancy shown on the wiring diagram (

10.2

Deinstallation

CAUTION

Shut-off due to potentially existing c-springs, brake springs,
brake weights or other external loads

Risk of being crushed by lifting rod

– Before disassembly of ELDRO

devices, the downstream

drive must be secured because the lifting rod retracts auto-
matically.

CAUTION

The weight of the ELDRO

devices is between 10 and 70 kg

Risk of injury when load is lifted manually.

– Use suitable lifting gear (e.g. crane).

– Do not stay underneath suspended loads.

– Use a means of transportation (e.g. lift truck) with sufficient

load-bearing capacity.
