Notes on operation

Check of operating conditions before commissioning

Never operate the ELDRO

device with defective or inoperable elec-

trical connections.

The terminal box must be kept closed at all times. Access may be
granted only to authorised personnel with corresponding training and
safety instruction.

In the event of failures on the energy supply, the ELDRO® device
must be shut off immediately.

7.1

Check of operating conditions before commissioning

NOTE

A bag (silica gel) is placed into the terminal box on delivery ex-fac-
tory, which serves to absorb any potentially arising moisture.

This bag (silica gel) must be removed before commissioning.

The ELDRO

device is assembled and connected according to the

specifications (

The permissible voltage and frequency tolerances are kept

The ELDRO

device is filled with the operating liquid according to

the conditions of use (

The ELDRO

device is protected against contaminations

The mounting bolts on the thrust shackle and the base mounting

are secured against accidental movements (e.g. by means of

safety splinter pins).

The axes are arranged in parallel to each other.
