8.1.3 Improper fault rectification
WARNING!
Risk of injury from improper fault rectification!
Improper fault rectification may result in severe personal injury or material
damage.
Therefore:
–
Before starting work, ensure sufficient installation freedom.
–
Ensure order and cleanliness at the place of installation. Components and
tools lying around and placed on top of one another loosely are sources of
accidents.
–
If components were removed, ensure correct installation, reinstall all
fastening elements and observe screw torques.
The following explanations on the faults occurring provide information on
who is authorized to rectify the fault.
8.1.4 Conduct in the event of faults
The following applies as a rule:
1.
If work is required in the hazardous area, deactivate the overall system and secure it from
restarting.
2.
Determine the cause of the fault.
3.
Inform the persons in charge at the place of use of the fault immediately.
4.
Depending on the type of the fault, contact the manufacturer and have it rectified by
authorized specialist staff or do so yourself.
