10.4 ARMING USING KP600 KEYPAD
10.4.1
Total arming
The keypad must have been duly programmed for all partitions and a four-digit user code is needed to arm all the partitions in the
system.
To arm all partitions, enter the four-digit user code on the keypad and then press the
key on the keypad. If the control unit has
received the command, the two-colour system LED on the keypad will light up red fixed for approximately 4 seconds to indicate the
state of the partitions.
IMPORTANT!
The arming and disarming operations from KP600 keypad require the use of four-digit user codes only.
Five or six digit codes cannot be used.

Partial arming
The keypad must have been duly programmed for all partitions and a four-digit user code is needed to arm some partitions in the
system.
Press the
key on the keypad to arm the partitions with which the keypad was associated. If the control unit has received the
command, the two-colour system LED on the keypad will light up red fixed for approximately 4 seconds to indicate the state of the
partitions.
IMPORTANT!
The arming and disarming operations from KP600 keypad require the use of four-digit user codes only.
Five or six digit codes cannot be used.
10.5 DISARMING USING KP600 KEYPAD
10.5.1
Disarming
The keypad must have been duly programmed and a four-digit user code is needed to disarm the partitions in the system totally or
partially.
To disarm the system totally or partially using the keypad, enter the four-digit user code and then press the
key. If the control unit
has received the command, the keypad will indicate the state of the partitions by switching off the two-colour system LED.

The arming and disarming operations from KP600 keypad require the use of four-digit user codes only.
Five or six digit codes cannot be used.
10.6 DIRECT ACCESS FUNCTION KEYS
10.6.1
KP600 keypad programming key
During programming, a direct access function can be associated with the simultaneous pressing of buttons 1 and 3, e.g. to activate or
deactivate a specific output or a technological function (fire, emergency, panic, silent panic). Hold keys 1 and 3 pressed for at least five
seconds to generate the respective event.
10.7 SYSTEM STATUS INFORMATION
10.7.1
Viewing the system status on KP600 keypad
The system status can be viewed on the KP600 keypad by pressing
key directly.

The “System state” LED will light up as follows when the keypad key is pressed:
Red LED on: the system is in Total Armed state..
Red LED blinking: the system is in Partial Armed state.
Blue LED on fixed: the system is disarmed
