5. Wipe with a cloth-paper. Rinse with a new wet cloth-paper;
6. Remove dirt and food residues from the rear slot between
the working top and the lid by sliding the cloth-paper
previously put in there (see point 2);
Removable Teflon Plate (RTP) cleaning
7. Put a protection on the glass – eg. cloth or high temper-
ature silicone pad “A“ (code 653527);
8. Unlock the upper heating plate by pushing the unlocking
nut backward “B“; have high care not to turn the upper
heating plate that would provoke flexible hose damages.
9. Guide the sliding of the flexible tube “C“ to facilitate the
descent of the upper plate;
10. The upper heating plate has to firmly stand up right on
the glass protection.
Open the clips to release the RTP from the upper plate;
11. Spray the RTP over both sides with the detergent: allow
to soak 1 min with the hot RTP for an effective
degreasing;
12. Scrub the RTP with the delivered Teflon brush 653623;
Wipe the RTP with a cloth-paper and rinse it with a new
wet cloth-paper;
13. After cleaning, place the RTP under the upper heating
plate and secure it closing the 4 clips.
Cooking chamber cleaning
14. Insert a cloth-paper into the slot between the worktop
and the lid; use more cloth-paper to completely cover/
protect the upper plate;
15. Spray the detergent all inside the cooking chamber with
the delivered sprayer. Allow to soak for 1 minute.
The cooking chamber must be hot to achieve the
effective degreasing;
16. Scrub the surface of the cooking chamber with an
abrasive sponge or pad.
17. Rinse with a wet cloth-paper.
Remove the protective cloth-paper towels from the upper
plate (leave the one in the rear slot between the working
top and the lid);
18. Finish the cleaning by wiping the back of the lid and the
metallic frame.
19. Remove the cloth-paper from where previously used for
preventing food residuals to end up there. Remove also
the glass protective pad;
