It is possible to combine the SkyDuo/Match both in Automatic
and in Programs mode.
To disable (or enable) SkyDuo/Match touch the green icon and

then touch the icon

on the display to change SkyDuo/

Match status.
The synchronization process can start from any of the two
appliances.

Automatic mode:

1. Select for example a cooking cycle in the Automatic mode

of the oven;

a. Select the food family (for example Meat)
b. Select the type of food (for example Meat loaf)

c. Select cooking parameters;

Select Time or Probe ( for example Time).

d. Start the cycle;

The oven has found a paired cycle in the blast chiller;
Select the required cycle (for example X-freeze) and
confirm;

Touch the

to confirm the synchronization on the blast

chiller display.
A pop-up window opens showing the image of the cycle
that will be done.

Some minutes before the oven cycle ending, precooling
cycle starts to prepare the blast chiller cavity for the food
just cooked.

Touch the

to stop the process.

Touching the icon

, it is possible to postpone the connection

with the oven.
The pop-up with the request of synchronization will appear
some minutes before the end of the oven cooking cycle.

Programs mode:

1. Select a cooking cycle in the Programs mode of the oven

(for example Red Meat);

2. Start the cycle;

The oven proposes all the cycles with a similar name in
the blast chiller (the search consider every program that
contains at least all the characters present in the oven
program’s name);
Choose the required cycle and confirm the selection;
