2.22.1. VGA cable to interconnection of Uniq 150 with TDC-5000

1. Insulate cable on both ends and put tubing on particular wires.

2. Solder connectors on the cable.

3. Cover soldered places with tubing and shrink them with hot air.

4. Put covers on the connectors.

connectors and lead them through one wire.

Pin number 4 and 11 do not connect.

2.23. Installation of ED-5000 to Uniq 150

 

Installation means conjunction Uniq 150 and ED-5000 to a one device. 

ED-5000 and Uniq 150 as one 

device loose its IP protection class!

2.23.1. Adjustment of ED-5000 leg

1. Adjust display leg according to figure. Leg should just sat on rear Uniq 150 cover.

2. Spread Loctite 403 power glue arround the perimeter of insert and put the insert into the display leg.

3. Put display leg in rear display cover according to figure.

4. Put arresting part in rear display cover. First put the lockers of arresting part (marked with arrows) into the locker 

holes (also marked with arrows).

5. Then fix arresting part to the rear display cover with screws.

Note:  It must be possible to turn display leg aside the display cover. Leg must carry the display weight but also 

inclination must be adjustable.

2.23.2. Cable to interconnection of PC 150 with ED-5000

1. Shorten cable with 5-pin connetor to 50 mm and remove yellow wire from the connector.

2. Cut 200 mm of cable DB 9F from the end without connector. *(It is possible to use any 200 long wires.)

3. Solder flat cable and also half of cable with 2-pin connector on the end of cable DB 9F. Soldered places cover with 

tubing.

4. Solder 2-pin connector on the remains of 2-wire cable from previous step and oposit end of the cable solder to PCB 

Pico Power on XC1.It is necessary to observe polarity! Soldered places cover with tubing.

  Next steps execute after placing the cable to the display leg through rear cover of Uniq PC 150.
