2.19. Installation of VESA holder
VESA holder installation consists of hinge and leg or tube removal. In this case are connectors moved
directly on rear cover jumb instead of original hinge.
2.19.1. Installation of standard VESA holder
1. To installation of standard VESA holder on Uniq 150 with leg or tube is necessary to change streghtened jumb of
rear cover. Therefore is necessary to dismount original Uniq 150 stand completely.
2. Fix connectors module with screws M3 × 6 mm to strenghtened jumb of rear cover.
3. Then temporarily fix VESA holder to rear cover with screws M4 × 12 mm. VESA holder should has already pressed
thread inserts.
4. It is necessary to drill hole for screw in rear aluminium cover. Sign drilling place via temporarily fixed VESA holder,
then remove VESA holder and drill hole in diameter 4 mm. After that fix VESA holder again to rear cover
5. Additionaly fix VESA holder to the rear cover with screw M4 × 10 mm through the drilled hole.

2.19.2. Installation of waterproof VESA holder
Waterproof VESA holder is designed to particularly aggessive environment. The holder is able to protect against
seeping moisture or other substances into Uniq 150. Note consistent abutment and seal all installed components
during installation.
1. As by standard VESA holder installation it is necessary to change strenghtened jumb of rear cover and therefore is
necessary to dismount completely original Uniq 150 stand. The jumb is fixed temporarily just for sign place to drill
hole of rear cover.
2. It is necessary to drill hole to rear aluminium cover before installation. Fix temporarily VESA holder with screws
M4 × 12 mm to strenghtened jumb of rear cover. Now sign place of drilling via fixed VESA holder. Remove VESA
holder and drill hole in diameter 4 mm.
3. Remove strenghtened jumb. Now is Uniq 150 ready to installation of waterproof VESA holder.
4. Put cable glands in cable glands holder.
5. Put tubing on each cable and move the cables through glands. Set the cable lenght necessary to its connection to
the connectors inside of cover. Place tubing on cable glands from outher side so as half of tubing cover the cable
gland and another half the cable. Shrink tubing so as water cannot seep through it.
Note: If the standard Uniq 150 with leg or tube is reworked, surely will be necessary to adjust cables. Used
are the standard cables of Tx execution.
6. Cables with glands put in rear cover and fix strenghtened jumb over them.
7. Fix VESA holder with screws M4 × 12 mm. Put washer and gum seal under the screw in hole of rear cover in orde
shown on picture. VESA holder should has already pressed thread inserts.
8. Seal VESA holder arround peripheral edge with silicone.
9. Put sufficient amount of silicone into space between VESA holder and rear cover and using screws M3 × 16 mm
press cable glands holder on VESA holder, what cause pressing of silicone which seal all gaps.
