5.2.15 Adjusting the squeegee depth

Note!
The squeegee depth is set at the factory. Under normal circumstances,
the depth setting does not have to be readjusted.
Adjust the squeegee in the following way when printing using a screen:
Requirements :
• The printer must be switched on
• The machine must be in its basic position
• The squeegees (flooding squeegee and printing squeegee) must be
installed
• The main menu must be displayed
• A PCB must have been inserted

Select the TABLE UP/DOWN function
⇒
The table is raised.

Select the PRINT function
⇒
The squeegee unit moves towards the middle of the PCB.
‰
Deactivate the PRINT function by releasing the function button as
soon as the squeegee unit has reached the middle of the stencil.
‰
Select the SQUEEGEE UP/DOWN function.
⇒
The squeegee blade is lowered.
‰
Open the cover.
