WARNING!

Danger of crushing fingers!

The operator must take special care when loading and unloading printed
circuit boards. Failure to do so could result in hand injuries if the operator
reaches into the PCB transport system.

Preventive measures:

•

The operator should only reach into the PCB loading or PCB unload-
ing side when the machine is switched off.

Risk of hand injury!

The squeegee blades can be very sharp-edged!

Preventive measures:

•

When installing the squeegee blades, first insert the squeegee blade
from the back. When replacing the squeegee blade at the rear, first
remove the squeegee blade at the front.

DANGER!

Risk of hand injury!

The retaining bars in the printing nest are made of thin sheet steel. Failure to do
so may result in hand injuries

Preventive measures:

•

When using the tensioning clamps, pay attention to the sharp edges.

DANGER!

Harmful or irritant material!

Inhaling flux vapour may cause allergic reactions. Lead on the hands can enter
the body when a person is eating, smoking or drinking, or when the hands touch
mucous membranes.

Preventive measures:

•

Do not store solder paste in open containers and do not leave solder paste
residue in the printer if it is not being used.

•

Always make sure that sufficient vapour extraction is provided. Do not touch
mucous membranes with contaminated hands.
