FOR SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH PURPOSES

Notice that a 2D sensor map appears next to the 3D sensor cloud.

This is the screen that is used for labeling. Now you will see sensor
numbers applied to the sensors in the 3D sensor cloud.

Rotate

= left-click + drag |

Pan

= option-click + drag |

Zoom

= right-click + drag

You will review all sensor markers during the labeling stage.

Continue with labeling in section 6.9.

STAGE

5—

Labeling and Review

After you have scanned, probed, and aligned sensors, the software
automatically numbers (that is,

labels

) the markers to match the numbers on

the sensors in the GSN.

In stage 5 you will review the labels in the 3D sensor cloud, with the help of
a 2D sensor map, against the GSN on the subject’s head, and make any
changes necessary before exporting the 3D coordinate file.

Remember that the alignment stage ends by opening the labeling
window—the window with the 2D sensor map on the right side of the 3D
