INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Fit the pulleys (18) as shown. Make sure the nuts
are tightened correctly.
Fit the wires (37, 38, 39) as shown. Finish by tying
the wires securely to the loops on the exercise
machine.
Dampen the handle (8) and slide a grip (46) in
over each end. Suspend the handle (8) above the
seat.
Check that the lines are tight.
Use
This exercise machine is very versatile and can be
used in various ways.
Place the required number of weight discs on the
load rod and try one of the following exercises:
Exercising your back, shoulders and arms
Sit down on the seat facing the weight discs
leaving back slightly.
Take hold of the grips by the top handle using
both hands and pull it down towards your chest
using your arms. Hold it and take the strain. Then
allow the weight discs to return to their start
position. You can grip the handle using an
overhand or underhand grip.
Exercising your legs
Sit on the seat with your back against the
backrest. Place your feet behind the lowest pads.
Lift your legs out and up so that the leg bar
moves. Hold it and take the strain. Then allow the
weight discs to return to their start position.
Exercising your arms and shoulders
Sit on the seat with your back against the
backrest. Take hold of the vertical or horizontal
grips on the arms and pull them in towards you.
Hold it and take the strain. Then allow the weight
discs to return to their start position.
Exercising your arms
Stand in front of the machine. Take hold of the
grips on the top handle using both hands and pull
it down until your arms are almost horizontal.
Your elbows should be kept close to your body
throughout the exercise. Press the handle further
down. Hold it and take the strain. Then allow the
weight discs to return to their start position.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Wipe the exercise machine down regularly with a
well-wrung cloth. Check regularly that the lines
are tight.
