INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Introduction
To get the most out of your new exercise machine,
please read through these instructions before use.
Please also save the instructions in case you need
to refer to them at a later date.
Special safety instructions
Always consult your doctor before starting any new
exercise programme.
If appropriate, plan a personal exercise programme
in consultation with your doctor, physiotherapist
or fitness instructor.
Listen to your body when exercising. Remember to
warm up, and don’t push yourself too hard,
particularly at the start of any exercise regime.
Remember that it takes time and sustained effort
to get in shape.
Avoid exercising immediately before or after
eating.
Always wear suitable clothing and footwear.
Keep your hands and feet clear of moving parts
where they could become trapped.
Always position the exercise machine on a firm,
level surface.
Do not allow children to use or play with the
exercise machine.
Remember to check your exercise machine
regularly.
Tighten all screws, bolts and nuts on the exercise
machine as required.
Inspect the exercise machine and replace any worn
parts.
Do not use the exercise machine if it is defective.
When moving the exercise machine, employ the
correct lifting technique.
Never release the handles until the weight discs are
back in their start position.
