Place Parts in the oven and smoker compartment:

Note:
All the parts below are packed in the pizza oven
chamber for transportation. Assemble the ovens
according to the instructions below:
1x slide out rack in the pizza oven.
1x Baking/Prep/Water Pan for the smoker oven.
2x Wire Tray Pans for the Smoker Oven
(located in the
Accessory boxes of The Rack, packed on the Storage
Cart)
1X 15” Griddle/Base Cover pan over the drip pan
(Removable griddle is Used when the oven is pulled out
for loading and unloading
or on the optional firebox
Tuscan Wood grill surface
)
1x Wire Lifter tool for the griddle
Important Note:
Do not leave empty
Water
pans in the oven during
use as this will damage the pan.
