The file is present as template) in the ZIP archive of the firmware and has the name there of

template_ELDS_Combi_Gateway_Configuration.ini

It is recommended to arrange creation of the configuration file by the responsible network adminis
trator. The adapted configuration file for the network settings must be renamed to

ELDS_Combi_Gateway_Configuration.ini

and then copied to the root directory of the USB stick!
