Production of noodles
1. Use the sieve (10) for production.
2. Gently press the properly cooled dough into the grinder with a pestle.
Note:
the grinder should not be run continuously (when making noodles) for more than 3 minutes.
Grating
1. Press the safety button and insert the machine into the flange (make sure that it is turned at an angle).
Tighten the machine in the body of the grinder, turning it to the left (Fig. 1).
2. Insert the grater into the machine and turn it clockwise so that it is properly secured (Fig. 2). The machine
is now ready to use.
3. Cut the food into appropriate pieces to fit the mouth of the machine. Push them into the grinder with
moderate pressure, using only the tamper (Fig. 3).
