12. SYSTEM START
After have executed as described above, close the door of the panel and keep to OFF the switch QS1.
Supply by closing the switch QS1 of the distribution panel
Proceed as follows:

Close the switch QS1 in the panel of the COMPENSATION electric pump.

Set SA1 in manual: the electric pump starts; check the correct direction of rotation.
ATTENTION:
if the direction of rotation of the motor is reversed, is necessary to invert the wire at the
terminals L2 and L3 of the general line on the power distribution panel.
REMOVE POWER FROM THE DISTRIBUTION PANEL BEFORE PERFORMING THIS
OPERATION.

With the pump running, bring the system under pressure, any warning signs for minimum pressure should be
excluded.

Close the switch QS1 in the panel of the first pump.
If the pressure in the system is correct and the pressure switch PR.1, PR.2 is ON and the phase sequence is correct,
on the display of the synoptic panel displays the page with the three tension and the three current (should not
appear alarm).

Place the key switch SA1 in manual mode, the LED DL5 lights on. Start the pump with SB1 , check the correct
direction of rotation of the motor, stop with SB2 . Return SA1 in AUTOMATIC AND REMOVE THE KEY
(the DL5 LED should turn off after a few seconds).
ATTENTION:
if the direction of rotation of the motor is reversed, is necessary to invert the wire at the
terminals L2 and L3 of the general line on the power distribution panel.
REMOVE POWER FROM THE DISTRIBUTION PANEL BEFORE PERFORMING THIS
OPERATION.

Open the valves and the pressure goes down to start the compensation pump automatically. The respective
signalations should be light,closing down the compensation pump valves, it must stop.

Open valves to starting also the first electric pump, the display shows the warning page " PRESSURE SWITCH
PUMP ON DEMAND ".
