 9. Remove the tape from the control surface. 

Install the second cable following Steps 7 and 
8. Tension the cables lightly using the cable 
connectors to pull the surface into neutral.

 10. Repeat Steps 7 through 9 for the elevator 

cables.

Note

: We recommend connecting the cable 

to the inner hole for the elevator control  

linkage setup.
