NX Pro+ System Setup
The NX Pro+ System is made up of the following components:
•
NX Pro Tester equipped with transmitter board
•
One or more Expansion Boxes containing test point boards
•
Expansion Box ribbon interconnection cable(s)
•
Expansion Box interconnection terminator
Connect the units as shown above – note that the last Expansion Box must have a Terminator.
Ensure that the dip switches are set properly on each Expansion Box. (See Below)
Turn on power to the Expansion Boxes first – then the NX Tester.
Expansion Unit DIP Switch Settings
Each Expansion Unit is equipped with a 5-position DIP Switch accessible from the back. Each switch
should be set to a value equivalent to the number of the Expansion Unit -1. For instance, the first
Expansion Unit should be set to 0, the second to 1, the third to2, etc:
