Chain Carrier Position Adjustment
All Dymax Edge-Carry Conveyors are factory adjusted to the normal Chain position for the Lamp combination
ordered. If adjustment is desired, this is done via four
“L” Handles
. To adjust tracking, simply loosen the four
“L”
Handles. Position the Chain as required and tighten the four
“L” Handles
. A Scale is provided at each end
of the Conveyor to assist in adjustment.

Chain Tension Adjustment
If Chain Tension Adjustment is required, loosen the two Lock Screws on the Idler Sprocket (Figure 64) with a
4 mm screwdriver. Loosen the Lock Nut with a 10 mm wrench (Figure 65). Turn the Tension Adjustment Screw
to achieve the proper tension (Figure 66). Tighten the Idler Sprocket Lock Screws and the Tension Adjustment
Lock Nut when adjustment is completed.
