Service Instructions 878-M PREMIUM - 03.0 - 10/2019

14.2 Starting position of the moving knife

Proper setting

If the sensing roller (1) touches the highest point of the cutoff curve (3), the
edge of the moving knife (5) should cross the blade of the fixed knife (4)
by 0.5 to 1 mm.

Turn the cutoff curve (3) as prescribed.

Loosen the screw (6).

Turn the fixed knife (4) as prescribed.
