Place the valve cover (1).

Proper setting

At the standard setting the throat plate slide should be positioned at the
center of the throat plate.

Loosen the 2 screws (3).

Remove the throat plate (4).

Loosen the screws (2).

Adjust the throat plate slide (1) at the center of the throat plate (4).

Tighten the screws (2).
